Welcome to natural anti-aging solutions the fun way.  Primal Sea Health is a vision to help people see that there is a mired of Bath Remedies & Health Elixirs that are safe, natural, and could possibly guide you in the best balanced state of being you could possibly be in.  My intension for this site is to give you education and information about the healing benefits of bath remedies and health elixirs from land and sea, and soon from my own alchemical magical concoctions.  As with so many people for years I have struggled with weight, health and happiness.  I learned we can be faced with deathly challenges and walk back. We can be very ill and heal and, in the process, learn about wellness.

This is the theme that I took with me through years of research in order to find the perfect solutions to my never ending issues.  This is where my research took me and to make it all work I’ve tried numerous remedies to find the perfect fit.

The ancient practice of bathing in hot springs and mineral waters dates back to the time of the Babylonians and Greeks. Cleopatra who is known for her great beauty soaked in mineral-rich, salt-filled waters of the Dead Sea. As referenced in the Bible, King David also bathed in the salt waters, and found refuge in the therapeutic waters.

During the Middle Ages, bathing exploded in popularity, particularly in Europe and Asia. The Greeks and Romans built vast, ornate indoor bathing temples known as bathhouses. These prominent structures served as a meeting place for the elite members of society – thousands of people would gather here to socialize and relax. The bathhouses were regarded as centers for healing, and it was thought that once one walked through the doors, he would be cleansed. Many of the bathhouses were so large, they contained art galleries, festivals, dining facilities, and even housed live entertainment. The Thermal Baths of Classical Rome are without doubt one the Wonders of the spa world.

 During this time, the Japanese built many bathhouses which followed much later, in England. In just 60 years, almost every town in England had its own bathhouse. Public bathing became popular in the US as well, and live entertainment was often enjoyed here.

Bathing has always been known as a therapeutic practice. Sea salts from around the world have been widely known for their therapeutic and far-reaching benefits. Spa medicine or Balneology has a long tradition throughout Europe, Israel and Japan and has been used predominantly for chronic diseases. Balneology uses natural thermal mud and mineral waters all for the purpose of rehabilitative, curative and anti-aging effects.

Cedar oil is produced from the kernels of Siberian pine nuts (Cembra pine) gathered in ecologically pure regions of Siberia and the Far East.

Siberian pine nut kernels are cold pressed with preserves all of the health-giving characteristics of the product. Cedar oil contains a unique combination of biologically active substances which are critical the health of humans.
